The shelf is filled with a great assortment of Chablis and it's been a while since we've done a white Burgundy tasting, so the time is now! Chablis remains one of the best value appellations in Burgundy and its northern location and oyster shell-rich Kimmeridgian soils produce minerally crisp wines with character and a sense of place. We'll pour a variety of vintages including Premier Cru Vineyards and maybe sneak in a Grand Cru as well.
